Location: Hinckley, United Kingdom
Hours: Full Time | Monday to Friday, 19:30–01:30
Pay: £13/hour
Join Our Traffic Office Team – Keep Our Operations Moving! We're on the lookout for a dedicated Transport Clerk to help keep our Linehaul routes running like clockwork! You'll be the heartbeat of our night operations, ensuring HGV drivers are on track and trailers arrive at our Hub 4 site as planned.
Your Role Will Include:
- Collaborating with Hub, Network Ops, Transport & Security to keep things flowing smoothly
- ✅ Performing licence checks for agency drivers to ensure compliance
- Handling admin tasks like calls, emails & driver dispatch
- ️ Supporting Shift & Ops Managers with additional admin duties
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in fast-paced operations (transport background preferred)
- ️ Strong communication skills across all levels
- ⏱️ Excellent time management & ability to meet tight deadlines
- Confident using Google Chrome applications
