Are you an experienced and compassionate nursing leader with a passion for reproductive health and women’s services? We are seeking a dynamic and visionaryHead of Nursing and Professionsto lead ourReproductive Health Directoratewithin theFamily Health Care Group atNottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust (NUH).
This is a unique opportunity to provide strategic and professional leadership across a diverse portfolio of services, including:
• Gynaecology
• Gynaecology Oncology
• Sexual Health
• Fertility
• Clinical Genetics
You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality, and patient-centred care, while championing professional standards, workforce development, and continuous service improvement. As a key member of the directorate leadership team, you will help shape the future of reproductive health services at one of the UK's largest acute teaching hospitals.

Key Responsibilities include:
Lead and manage nursing and allied health professional teams within theReproductive Health Directorate.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality, compassionate, and safe patient care through effective clinical governance.
Provide expert clinical leadership and guidance to nursing and AHP staff.
Collaborate with senior multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement service improvements and initiatives.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with other healthcare professionals, both within the Trust and externally.
Oversee the management of budgets, resources, and staffing across the Directorate.
Promote a culture of continuous learning, development, and improvement, ensuring the Directorate remains at the forefront of clinical practice.
Contribute to Trust-wide strategic planning, policies, and clinical initiatives.

The role is split between two campuses with services spanning the Queens Medical and City Hospital sites.
This role also encompasses an on call requirement.
