Are you an experienced Customer Service Advisor seeking a flexible, part-time opportunity (20 hours per week) on a fixed-term contract?
We’re looking for passionate and skilled individuals to join our Customer Experience Team on a three-month fixed-term contract, with the potential for extension depending on business needs.
This is an agile role, meaning you’ll primarily work from home. However, you must live within a commutable distance to Knowsley to attend occasional in-person training sessions, team meetings, or other business requirements.

Your Role:
Handling all incoming and follow-up contact from customers with enquiries or service requests
Promoting a customer-first culture while maintaining service levels and quality standards
Acting as the first point of contact via phone, email, webchat, and Facebook
Resolving customer enquiries efficiently and professionally, delivering exceptional service
Accurately inputting and managing customer data across various IT systems, working towards service level targets
What We Need from You.
Proven experience in a customer service environment
Confidence using computerised database system
Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Outlook and Word
Experience in a call/service centre for a social housing setting is desirable but not essential
A proactive, empathetic approach with excellent communication skills
