What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking to appoint a flexible, enthusiastic and energetic Trust Site Officer to support our existing Site Teams across the HIVE Family of Schools. This is a vital role ensuring the smooth running and safety of our school sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Opening and closing of school premises
• Ensuring site security
• Portering and general maintenance
• Cleaning duties
• Assisting staff with site-related issues
• Covering unplanned absences and providing support during busy periods
• Occasional lettings cover

About You:

• Flexible and reliable with excellent time management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to follow direction and adhere to Health & Safety procedures
• Physically fit due to the nature of the role
• Skilled in general maintenance, caretaking and DIY
• A proactive “can-do” attitude

Location: You will be required to work across any of our Trust schools:

• Moulsham Infant School
• Moulsham Junior School
• Writtle Infant School
• Writtle Junior School
• Highwood Primary School

This list may expand based on any future growth within our Trust.
