Crynodeb
Be the main point of contact for NHS referral partners and other organisations into the charitys support offering for people with aphasia in Scarborough. Complete initial appointments for all new referrals in Scarborough who meet the eligibility criteria for the project. Oversee the new support group for people with aphasia in Scarborough. Ensure outcome measures are completed for each participant on the project and ensure all project paperwork is complete in time for reporting requirements. Provide support and mentoring for volunteers supporting the project. Provide home based appointments for people with aphasia who are are unable to access the support group location, as required. Complete other tasks which are commensurate with the role
