32 hours per week, term time working 38 weeks per year.

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in nurturing and developing the potential of all young children in our care. This position requires a strong commitment to providing high-quality childcare and early childhood education, ensuring that each child’s individual needs are met in a safe and stimulating environment.

The Purpose of the role:
- Under the direction of the Nursery/Early Years Lead
The Practitioner to undertake work/care/support programmes to enable access to learning for children and to assist the Nursery/Early Years Lead Practitioner in the management of children in the nursery setting.
- To give support for SEN children providing particular help for those children with learning difficulties and/or behavioural, social or physical disabilities, as required.
- The post holder will act as the designated Level 3 practitioner in accordance with Dfe statutory framework for EYFS.
The successful candidate would:

- Be able to adapt and respond appropriately to challenging situations
- Ensure the wellbeing of the children is always maintained
- Follow and understand the EYFS framework
