Children’s Services are seeking a dynamic and experienced Performance Improvement Manager to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead our data and performance management functions, ensuring our services are driven by robust data and intelligence and contributing to our ongoing drive for excellence. .
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Children’s Services data and performance management functions, ensuring alignment with corporate and business strategies.
- Oversee the use of data systems to organize, store, and analyse data.
- Manage the provision and coordination of high-quality planning and performance information.
- Drive continuous improvement through research and analysis to inform service planning and delivery.
- Provide challenge and support for statutory returns and inspections, including post-inspection action plans.
What We’re Looking For:
- Significant experience in a data-driven environment, using data to influence decision-making and organizational change.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex information.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and coordination skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
