Salary range £32,061- £33,699 pa Trafford council is a Living Wage Employer.
Working Pattern 36.25 hours per week, Monday-Friday : 08:30-16:30 including flexible working hours

About the Role
The CLDT supports adults who have a diagnosed learning disability and any associated needs (ie Autism / Physical Disability/ Specific communication). In addition, there is work completed with people under the age of 18 who require support, advice and guidance to prepare for adulthood.
The advertised role focuses on the assessment and review of people in receipt of services in Trafford. This will include those in receipt of direct payments / domiciliary care / residential and supported living amongst other forms of personalized care and support.
About you
You will be a person who has knowledge regarding people who have a learning disability and social care.
You will be a person who shows knowledge and evidence of understanding and applying the Council’s EPIC values and committed to continuous learning, development and improvement (an ethos central to our service)
You will receive support and supervision (at least monthly) and be a valued member of an established team of social workers , a community prevention officer and co located with a range of specialist health professionals (Cheshire Wirral Partnership)

Flexibility may be required to work outside core hours (weekdays)
An enhanced DBS check with children/adults barred list check will be required.
You will have flexibility in terms of hybrid working at home and in the office.
