Pure Staff Ltd are currently recruiting for Cold Stores Operative working in a brand-new warehouse facility based at Worcester Six Business Park. Our client have recently moved to this site and are looking to recruit experienced Pickers to join this well-established company
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals to join a well-knit team and begin a career as a Cold Stores Operative
Duties for this Cold Stores Operative role are as follows.
- Order picking chilled/frozen food items such as Meats and ambient goods
- Working in temperatures of -25 degrees and also ambient areas
- Palletising stock picked in the correct manner
- Ensuring the warehouse is kept clean and to a high standard
- When picking is complete candidates are expected to do other duties such as tidying the warehouse and ensuring all paperwork etc is complete
- Picking in lines
- Lots of walking involved and some elements of heavy lifting
Hours of work for this Cold Stores Operative role:
SUNDAY to THURSDAY (NIGHTSHIFT)
18:30-04:00
Pay for this role is £15.24 per hour
Candidates will be put through training for LLOP and PPT as this will be needed for the role. This will take 2-3 days and then you will attend a week's induction.
Candidates who already have LLOP and/or PPT licenses desired but not essential
