About the Role

Our client, a forward-thinking organisation committed to reaching Net Zero carbon by 2035, is seeking a Retrofit Project Coordinator to support the delivery of a major retrofit programme across a portfolio of approximately 450 residential properties.

You'll work closely with the Retrofit Lead to coordinate projects that improve energy efficiency, reduce carbon emissions, and ensure regulatory compliance, primarily targeting EPC C ratings across the housing stock.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the planning and implementation of the Retrofit Programme, targeting 50 homes per year.

  • Maintain and optimise the retrofit data management system (Parity or similar), supporting data tracking and reporting.

  • Coordinate with contractors and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of works, including solar PV, insulation, and window upgrades.

  • Monitor solar installations and energy improvements, ensuring systems are maintained and records are accurate.

  • Sympathy with the values and ethos of a faith-based organisation.

  • Pension scheme (with enhanced employer contributions via salary exchange)

  • Flexible working arrangements

  • Support for professional development
