Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving new business, nurturing leads, and closing sales opportunities.
You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, explaining our services clearly, and guiding them through the onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through outbound cold calls, warm calls, emails, and networking.
Contact and follow up with prospects who have shown interest or booked appointments.
Understand client needs and present tailored digital marketing solutions.
Handle objections confidently and close sales directly.
Build strong, long-term client relationships.
Manage the full sales cycle – from outreach to closing and onboarding.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in the CRM.
Skills & Requirements
Proven experience in sales, telesales, or business development (digital marketing/agency background a plus).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven.
Comfortable with cold calling, prospecting, and objection handling.
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage a pipeline effectively.
Familiarity with digital marketing services (SEO, Google Ads, Social Media) is an advantage, but training will be provided.
