Crynodeb
To provide case management and clinical supervision to Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners and Trainee Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners To maintain high professional standards and attend clinical and managerial supervision To support the PWP Team Lead in managing the waiting lists and systems for Step 2 assessments and interventions. To ensure accurate maintenance of clinical records and outcome measures on the clinical data system, and support staff in maintaining accurate records. To ensure patient satisfaction questionnaires and service reviews are completed To support the implementation of step care model of delivery of psychological interventions to clients within a primary care setting in line with NICE guidelines. To work with the PWP Lead in the ongoing development and support of best practice and innovation within the Step 2 Team. To provide high volume low intensity short term treatments in accordance with the TTAD model To undertake initial assessments and gather sufficient information to assess risk /complexity of clients' needs, including drug and alcohol use, current and past medical psychiatric history, and biosocial aspects of the clients situation, making onward referral as necessary.. To be responsible for ensuring own and others clinical practice complies with Data Protection / Confidentiality / Caldicott Principles To manage a balanced workload of individual therapy for clients with the management and leadership roles of this post.
