Project Quantity Surveyor - Birmingham
Role: Project Quantity Surveyor
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 per annum (DOE)

About the Project Quantity Surveyor role:
The successful Quantity Surveyor will be joining to work on a large Healthcare project in Birmingham, experience working on this type of project is essential. This would suit someone who has a strong background in refurbishment / fit out or someone who has strong MEP experience.
This role will offer flexibility and the option to work from home 2 days per week, site based for 3 days.
Requirements for Project Quantity Surveyor role
- Must have a minimum of 7 years' experience.
- Experience working within the Healthcare sector or MEP experience would be desirable but not essential
- Refurbishment / Fit Out experience desirable
- JCT or NEC contract experience required
- My client is happy to consider someone who comes from a Main or Subcontractor background
- UK Driving License
