Role: Mid-Day Supervisory Assistant Permanent 5 hours per week term time only

Salary Details: G01 SCP 02 to 04 (£24,413-£25,185) PRO RATA
We are seeking to appoint a Mid-day Supervisory Assistant to work at the school. Hours of work are 1 hour per day Monday – Friday term time only to support and supervise the pupils during pupil’s lunch break.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Supervising and monitoring pupils during lunchtime period • Encouraging lunchtime play activities • Responding to incidents as necessary, giving first aid and dealing with unacceptable behaviour • Encouraging positive social interaction and good behaviour. • Encouraging children to participate in activities and appropriate behaviour with others • Assisting children to partake in eating their lunches and development of meal time skills
