  • Support the Home Manager and Deputy Manager with day-to-day operations and team leadership.

  • Provide high-quality, person-centred care to young people based on their individual care plans.

  • Champion safeguarding and best practices in everything you do.

  • Lead staff supervision, training, and development to keep our team strong and effective.

  • Monitor care plans and help ensure we're delivering the best outcomes for every young person.

  • Keep our records, systems, and admin processes running smoothly and efficiently.

What We're Looking For

  • Passionate about making a positive impact in young lives.

  • Experienced in residential care and confident managing complex behaviours.

  • Knowledgeable in safeguarding, and social care legislation.

  • A natural leader - supportive, motivating, and a great communicator.

  • Resilient, flexible, and ready to thrive in a dynamic environment.

  • Holds level 2 Health and Social Care-Essential
