Job Title: Site Manager Location: Hamilton ML3 Rate: £25.00 – £26.00 per hour (experience dependent) Start Date: Immediate starts Contract: Fit-Out Project Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in fit-out works. The successful candidate will manage daily site operations, coordinate trades, and ensure the project is delivered on time, safely, and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities: Managing the day-to-day running of the fit-out project Supervising trades and subcontractors, particularly joinery teams Ensuring work is completed to specification, on schedule, and within budget Coordinating site logistics and materials Maintaining high standards of health & safety compliance Reporting progress to project managers and stakeholders Managing snagging and handover at project completion Resolving site issues quickly and effectively Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial fit-out projects Strong knowledge of restaurant/retail fit-outs preferred Valid SMSTS / SSSTS qualification First Aid certificate (preferred) CSCS card (Black/Gold or relevant manager level) Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple trades What We Offer: Competitive rate: £25.00 – £26.00 per hour 8th September start date Opportunity to lead a recognised national brand refurbishment Supportive project team and ongoing opportunities To Apply: If you meet the requirements and are available to start immediately,please call Simon on 07855422857 or apply now !
