We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Deputy Manager to support the leadership team at our Nursing Home. In this pivotal role, you will ensure residents receive the very best in person-centred, high-quality clinical care.
As Clinical Deputy Manager, you will:
Lead, inspire and support a team of nurses and care staff.
Take responsibility for the home in the absence of the Home Manager.
Safeguard and champion the wellbeing of residents at all times.
Oversee, devise and implement personalised care plans.
Balance your role between nursing duties and supernumerary responsibilities.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated nurse to step into leadership while continuing to make a hands-on difference to residents’ lives.

About you:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Clinical Deputy Manager with an active NMC pin. Previous leadership experience in a similar environment is essential, along with sound knowledge of PCS systems. You’ll be confident in your clinical expertise, able to mentor and support colleagues, and demonstrate excellent communication skills. Above all, you’ll have a genuine commitment to delivering the highest standards of care.
