Response Surveyor needed in Plymouth Paying £20.98 per hr ref 5276146
Full time hours on a temporary basis
We’re looking for a skilled Response Surveyor to cover Devon and Cornwall. The successful candidate will have a relevant technical qualification (HNC or higher) in Building, Surveying, Planning, or significant experience in the construction industry—ideally within social housing.
You’ll work independently in the community, supported by a collaborative team. Strong communication skills are essential, as you’ll engage with colleagues and customers face-to-face, by phone, and in writing.
Key Requirements:
- Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of current repair and refurbishment standards for residential dwellings.
- Confident in sharing technical knowledge and staying up to date with industry developments.
- Comfortable working alone while maintaining strong team connections.
