Crynodeb
The post holder will work in partnership with the Head of Healthcare and other senior colleagues to monitor, challenge and improve the quality of patient care within the prison services. You will need a sound knowledge of the national legislation in relation to prison services and mental health You will be expected to offer overall professional leadership and management to all staff within the teams that make up the Prison Healthcare service , to manage and coordinate staff and clinical activity and have overall responsibility for the professional development and supervision of practise. You will provide specialist practical advice on the care and clinical management of users of the services and to support staff, other agencies and other statutory services to provide integrated services to enable improved health and well being outcomes for service users.
