Crynodeb
Be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation andevaluation of patient care of the critically ill patient (L1-L3) under the supervision of the band 6 and band 7cirtical care nurses. Participate in the setting, monitoring and evaluating standards of patient care. To actively support in the promotion of health. Demonstrate a sound knowledge of infection control standards and promote these within unit environment. To participate in and set standards of patient care based on sound research findings. To participate and assist in the systematic monitoring and evaluation of nursing care. Provide legible and comprehensive patient records to agreed Trust and NMC standardsand guidelines. To liaise with Team Leader on untoward incidents, complaints and Team/Staff issues. To act in accordance with trust policies and nursing procedures. To maintain your own personal profile.
