Crynodeb
To deputise for the Clinical Lead when requested, in their absence, taking responsibility for operational management of the team, allocating and organising the work of assistant staff to meet service priorities on a daily basis by ensuring continuity of safe practice and that the team complies with the organisational and departmental policies. To undertake evidence-based audit and research projects to develop and enhance personal and teams clinical practice within their area. To take a role in the in-service training programme by attendance at, and participating in, and delivering in-service training. To be responsible, with other staff, for the supervision, education and assessment of graduate level students, work experience student nurses, and other health care professionals when required.
