We are seeking a skilled and motivated technician to join our busy technology and parcel-service hub. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise in computer, laptop, and mobile device repairs with excellent customer service skills. You will deliver high-quality repairs, diagnose complex issues, and ensure customers receive clear, helpful updates throughout the process.
✨ **Key Responsibilities**
✔️ Diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of computer hardware, mobile devices, and software systems
✔️ Install, configure, and update operating systems and applications
✔️ Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues efficiently
✔️ Build custom PCs, perform system upgrades, and recommend hardware improvements
✔️ Manage technical support tickets, maintain detailed service records, and liaise directly with customers to provide timely solutions
✔️ Ensure all repairs and services meet company quality standards and industry best practices
✔️ Assist with daily operations of our **DHL Service Point** and **DPD Drop-Off Point**, including receiving parcels, scanning shipments, and providing courteous support to courier customers

✔️ Reliable, organised, and able to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment

✔️ Previous experience in a similar technical role is preferred; relevant certifications are an advantage
