Vision Plus UK is a leading manufacturer and distributor of high-performance television antennas and associated products, specifically designed for the caravan, motorhome, and marine markets. Trading since 1986, the company has grown to become a market leader in mobile TV reception solutions across the UK and internationally.
The ideal candidate for this role will enjoy learning about more of a technical product and if you’re interested in motorhomes / caravans, it’ll be a bonus!

This schedule does change as we head into the colder months, with little to no travel expected at that time.
Monday
Kick off the week with internal catchups to review the week just passed, look at your performance against sales targets and make sure your pipeline is updated so that reports are accurate
Check your travel plan for the upcoming week, prepare any info you need for your meets
Catch up with the marketing team to chat about an upcoming marketing campaign
Tuesday-Thursday
You’ll be on the road visiting your key accounts, some will be planned in advance, others will be drop ins. Once you’re inducted into the role, you’ll know which clients prefer to know you’re dropping in!
As you go, you’ll be updating our CRM system with any key notes
Friday
Back in the office or possibly working from home, you’ll likely spend some time preparing your weekly progress report, and working on your sales forecast
You’ll follow up with any admin or other requests from customers that you’ve picked up that week
You might also reflect on wins and challenges from the week, sharing insights with the other account managers
Later in the day you might wrap up with a final call or email to ensure you’ve ticked off all your to-do's before the weekend
This is just an example of what your week might look like in this role, what is likely is that every day will be a little bit different and there will be lots to get stuck in with! There will be a mixture of responsibilities including new business development, strengthening existing relationships, reporting, sales strategy / planning and conducting training & demo sessions.
What we are looking for from the successful candidate will be:
A can-do, pro-active attitude- this is essential given that we’re a smaller team
Someone with some field sales experience and are comfortable planning their own day
Focussed on results and getting it right first time, every time.
A strong communicator and relationship builder and someone that is naturally curious – key to get to know our customers
