Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Production Operatives / Packers for a well-established manufacturing site in Dunkeswell, just outside Honiton, Devon.

Key Duties- Pack and label products accurately and efficiently.
- Operate production machinery (after training).
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area.
- Support quality checks and report any issues.
- Work to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Own transport (essential due to rural site).
- Good level of English (spoken and written).
- Strong attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Previous production experience is a bonus, but not required.
- £13.50 per hour basic rate.
- £20.25 per hour overtime rate (after 38 hours).
- £27 per hour Sunday rate.
- Monday to Friday, 6am - 4pm (38 hours per week plus overtime).
- Immediate starts available.
