What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting the Nursery Manager with the effective day-to-day management of the nursery
• Ensuring all children receive rich, stimulating experiences that support their age and stage of development
• Building positive, open working relationships with staff, parents, and carers
• Supporting, supervising, training, and appraising staff to ensure high-quality childcare practice
• Helping to identify training needs, develop training plans, and evaluate the effectiveness of staff development
• Assisting with occupancy targets and contributing to the commercial success of the nursery
• Actively resolving any concerns or complaints in a timely, professional manner
