Graduate 1-1 Teaching Assistant

Full-time, long-term position starting ASAP
Earn up to £530 per week as a Graduate 1-1 Teaching Assistant
Monday–Friday, 32.5 hours per week, term-time only
Supportive and welcoming school in Liverpool
Work 1-to-1 and in small groups with pupils who need tailored support
Perfect stepping stone for aspiring Teachers, Educational Psychologists, or Speech and Language Therapists
Graduates in Education, Psychology, or core subjects especially encouraged to apply
Prior SEN experience is helpful but not essential – full training provided
Interviews and trial days available ASAP

About the Role:

As a Graduate 1-1 Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a key part in helping children overcome barriers to learning, providing encouragement, structure, and personalised strategies to help them progress. Working closely with class teachers and the SENCO, you’ll be part of a team that ensures every child feels supported, understood, and able to thrive.

This is a fantastic chance to gain hands-on experience in supporting children with additional needs, equipping you with transferable skills that will serve you well in any future career in education or child development.
