Job title: Female Personal Assistant (PA)
Reporting to: The Employer
Location: Kilconquhar, KY9
Closing Date: Friday 3rd October 2025
Job purpose:
To assist with a variety of tasks which will assist the person who needs care and support to live their personal and social life according to their wishes and interests.
This role may involve occasional overnight support.
Main duties:
We are looking for a compassionate, caring and reliable Personal Assistant to join a friendly, supportive team providing tailored care and companionship. Working closely with the client (female) and her family, you will help ensure her goals, aspirations, and independence remain at the heart of everything you do.
Key Responsibilities include:
Providing personalised support at home and in the community.
Assisting with light meal preparation, household tasks, and must hold a full clean UK driving license.
Encouraging/promoting independence and informed decision making.
Supporting with personal care and life skill prompts, where required.
Enabling participation in favourite activities such as costal walks, park visits, gym sessions and other community activities.
These duties may vary from day-to-day.

Skills, qualifications, and experience
Essential:
Full UK driving licence
Knowledge & experience of Autism or Neurodiversity
Able to swim
Confidentiality
Good at building relationships
