Full-Time, Permanent, All Year Round
Are you an experienced Early Years Educator looking to take the next step in your career? We are looking for a passionate and motivated Nursery Room Leader to join our client’s nursery, providing a warm, home-from-home environment for children aged 3 months to preschool age.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) knowledge and proven leadership skills who wants to make a real difference in children’s early education.
What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 in Early Years / Childcare (or equivalent)
- Previous experience working in a nursery, preschool, or childcare setting
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills
- Passion for supporting children’s learning, development, and wellbeing
- Good knowledge of safeguarding and child protection practices

Key Responsibilities
- Leading and managing a team of early years practitioners within your room
- Planning and delivering fun, stimulating, and age-appropriate activities
- Creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for all children
- Building strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Ensuring the highest standards of care, safeguarding, and EYFS compliance
- Working closely with the nursery management team to drive quality and excellence
