Randstad CPE is looking to onboard an experienced Assistant Site Manager to support a new 2, 3, 4 bedroom project in Reading.

  • Pay: £200.00- £250.00 Day Rate
  • Contract: Temporary

The Role

Seeking a motivated Assistant Site Manager to join our team on a new residential development. This is a great opportunity to work closely with an experienced Site Manager, helping to oversee all aspects of the project from start to finish. You'll be key in ensuring our high-quality homes are delivered safely, on time, and within budget

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Site Manager with daily site operations and project coordination.
  • Supervise on-site teams and subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship.
  • Enforce and actively promote a safe working environment and all health & safety regulations.
  • Monitor site progress, quality standards, and project schedules.Manage project documentation and communicate with all on-site stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Assistant Site Manager in residential construction.
  • Valid SMSTS and CSCS cards are essential.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety protocols and building methods.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.A keen eye for detail and the ability to read technical drawings.
