Door Entry / Access Control Service & Maintenance Engineer – Full Time (PAYE)

Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 per annum (DOE)

Location: Hounslow (TW3) – Social Housing & Commercial Sites

Company Van + Fuel Card Provided

Join a company that values its engineers! We’re looking for a Door Entry/Access Control Service & Maintenance Engineer to keep our clients’ systems running smoothly.

What you’ll get:

• Company van + fuel card
• All tools supplied + company phone/tablet
• 23 days holiday (rising to 25), pension & wellbeing programme
• Paid overtime: time-and-a-half evenings/Saturdays, double time nights/Sundays/bank holidays
• £100 standby + £80–£120 per callout

What you’ll do:

• Service and maintain door entry & access control systems (PAC, Entrotec etc.)
• Diagnose & repair faults, replace panels & handsets
• Install and work with metal conduit
• Deliver outstanding customer service on every job

What you need:

• UK driving licence
• 1+ year’s experience servicing/maintaining access control or door entry systems
• Metal conduit installation experience
• Fault-finding skills & basic IT knowledge
• Experience with Entrotec systems is desirable
