Stirling Council is undertaking a significant transformation programme of work and as part of this, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a new post of Business Change Lead to join the Transformation team. This will be a temporary post to manage and lead the business change activities during a project to replace our Social Work Recording System. Some of the key activities will include:
- To plan for, implement and manage the business change elements across different workstreams within the Replacement Social Work Recording System project.
- To work with Stirling Council Organisational Development and Communication Teams to ensure staff are engaged in and made aware of the business change aspects of the project and how this will impact on the work they do.
- To lead and advise colleagues across the organisation to be ready for the business change impacts associated with the implementation of the project.
- To be responsible for supporting the business to develop and manage the delivery of realisable benefits within the project.
- To lead the business to adopt changes in ways of working and adopting new business processes and promote the role of service change champions.
- To lead the development of communication and engagement plans promoting the key messages and impacts for staff related to business change initiatives.
