Are you an experienced procurement leader looking to make a real impact? At Arcus FM, we're on the lookout for a dynamic Senior Procurement Manager to drive value, innovation, and efficiency across our supply chain.

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a team of Procurement Managers and Category Specialists, shaping procurement strategies, building strong supplier partnerships, and ensuring we deliver outstanding service to our clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Analysing supplier spend and performance data to identify opportunities for value creation.
  • Providing escalation support for operational teams and clients on procurement and service delivery issues.

  • Experience in FM (Facilities Management) is desirable but not essential.
  • A strong strategic thinker, able to spot opportunities for innovation and efficiency.
