Are you well versed in supporting children with Educational Behavioural Challenges? Are you an upbeat positive individual who enjoys making a difference to young people's lives as a teaching assistant?
Randstad are working with a a number of schools around Cambridge who are looking for a Teaching Assistant with experience supporting children with Social, Emotional and Behavioural needs to work with their pupils.

Your responsibilities:
* Managing challenging behaviour and supporting the class teacher
* Using imagination and innovation to enhance the learning experience of all pupils
* Working with small groups and 1:1
* Liaising with fellow colleagues to get the most out of your pupils' development
* Supporting children to learn both in the classroom and out in the community
Your Requirements:
* A caring and thoughtful personality
* Experience working or volunteering with SEN/SEMH/EBD pupils is desirable
* Qualifications or knowledge of Makaton, Moving and Handling, PECs or Team Teach is desirable but not essential
