Long Term Futures are seeking an Experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in West Ealing. This role is ideal for someone who has previously worked with pupils with special educational needs and is looking to take the next step in their career. You will provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, helping with learning, social skills, communication, and behaviour management. The school is also offering career progression opportunities, including the chance to complete HLTA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant) training for the right candidate.
