What You'll Be Doing:

Delivering 1:1 and small group support within a High Dependency Unit

Using structured strategies such as ABA and PECS to support learning and communication

Working in partnership with teachers, therapists, and senior leaders to adapt learning plans

The Ideal Candidate:

Experience with SEN, ABA, or autism support is desirable but not essential
