Job Summary:
We are looking for a dependable and hands-on Bar Personnel to join our Café & Bars team. This is a key supporting role that helps keep the café running smoothly by maintaining cleanliness, supporting the team, and ensuring the space is always tidy and welcoming. Key Responsibilities:
Pantry Duties:
- Wash and clean all used café items, including plates, cups, glasses, cutlery, trays, and serving utensils.
- Polish items when needed and ensure everything is clean and ready for use.
- Keep the pantry area clean, tidy, and well-organized at all times.
- Follow health and hygiene standards in all cleaning and handling processes.
Floor Support:
- Ensure the floor is always clean, tidy, and presentable for customers.
- Wipe down tables, reposition chairs, and clear used items promptly.
- Collect dishes, cups, and cutlery from tables and return them to the pantry for cleaning.
Runner and general support tasks:
- Support the team by restocking fridges, refilling ice buckets, fruit trays, tongs, and other items as needed.
- Polish glasses and cutlery to keep service areas well-stocked and ready.
- Help with daily restocking and maintaining clean, organized service stations.
- Stay alert and ready to assist the team with various tasks throughout the day.

- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and high cleanliness standards.
- Comfortable with physically active work (standing for long periods, lifting light items).
- Flexible with rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- No previous experience required — full training will be provided.
