Crynodeb
The successful applicant will demonstrate excellent core occupational therapy skills in assessment and intervention. A willingness to learn and develop further, both clinically and professionally, is essential. The successful applicant must have an open mind to new ways of working and be flexible, dynamic, and forward thinking. Strong leadership qualities are essential in this post. You will demonstrate an ability to work autonomously and provide support to other members of the team including; peers, Band 5 OTs (including preceptees), support workers, and students. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to work flexibly to support the needs of the service. Full time, permanent role 37.5 hours per week, Core hours are worked 8am-4pm, Monday Friday. Additional duties will include participation in weekend working.
