Teacher of Design and TechnologyFull time, Permanent roleM1 - UPS3: £32,916 - £51,048 per annum (FTE)Start date - January 2026The Joseph Whitaker School is a popular 11-18 school, in Rainworth, a village just outside of Mansfield. It serves the three local villages of Blidworth, Rainworth and Ravenshead and has around 1360 students. The school is proudly part of the East Midlands Education Trust and we believe that we have a culture and ethos which enables our students to thrive and develop into a confident young adult whilst achieving excellent qualifications in readiness for their future. We cater for all students’ needs and ambitions, whatever their starting point and we offer a broad and balanced curriculum throughout all key stages. We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, skilled and inspiring teacher to join our very successful Design and Technology Faculty.The successful candidate would teach KS3 and KS4 and will ideally have a specialism in Product Design, Electronics or Graphics, although we would welcome applications from other specialisms too such as Food and Textiles.
