Car Sales Executive – Main Dealer Opportunity | Christchurch Area
Are you driven, ambitious, and ready to accelerate your career in automotive sales?
We’re looking for a Car Sales Executive to join our established main dealer team in the Christchurch area. This is your chance to represent a respected brand, work in a professional environment, and reap the rewards of your performance.
What’s on Offer:
Basic Salary: £20,000
On Target Earnings: £50,000+ (based on 200 units sold annually)
Company Car (vehicle provided, excluding fuel)
Holiday: 22 days + bank holidays
Career development and progression within a main dealer group
Working Hours:
5 days per week, Monday–Saturday
8:30am – 6:00pm standard hours
1 late shift (Tuesday or Thursday) until 9:00pm
Rota-based weekends with time off in lieu
Key Responsibilities:
Delivering an outstanding customer experience from first enquiry to handover
Achieving sales targets across new and used vehicles, finance, and add-on products
Building long-term relationships with customers through trust and rapport
Maintaining excellent product knowledge and keeping up with the latest brand developments
Working as part of a motivated sales team to maximise performance
About You:
Previous car sales or retail sales experience is desirable, but not essential — full training provided
Confident communicator with strong influencing skills
Highly motivated, target-driven, and resilient
Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
Full UK driving licence required
