What skills and experience we're looking for
This is a class-based position so as a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher and up to 30 children in a KS1 or KS2 class. The main purpose of your role is to support teaching and learning to improve outcomes, both academic and social, for all of children.
