We are looking for an inspirational and dedicated Pastoral Manager to join the Matravers family as soon as possible. Whether you have the relevant experience or are a looking for a change in career, providing you have a real passion for your role and a vibrant enthusiasm to work with our brilliant pupils, we want to hear from you.
Pastoral Managers support our pastoral system under the guidance of a Progress Leader or other Senior Leader. They help to ensure that barriers are removed that may prevent pupils from learning well.
