Since 2011, we have been at the forefront of supporting adult victims of modern slavery and their dependents across England and Wales. As we continue this vital work under the new Victim Care Contract, we are seeking a passionate and skilled Data Analyst to join our Contract Management Team.About the roleAs a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial part in delivering high-quality support to survivors of modern slavery. You will:Build and produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly management information reports, including trend analysis and projections.Respond to urgent and ad-hoc data requests, ensuring contractual priorities are met.Analyse contract data to inform research and policy development.Ensure all reporting and data management complies with internal policies, GDPR, and contractual obligations.Act as a key link between the Contract Management Team and our supply chain regarding the Case Management System.Deliver or recommend training to ensure effective use of our systems.Support the collaborative development of our service, working closely with colleagues and partners.About YouYou will have:Strong experience using case management systems and advanced Excel skills, with the ability to extract and analyse large data sets to tight deadlines.Critical and creative thinking, with a solution-focused approach and the ability to influence outcomes.Excellent communication and organisational skills, with confidence in report writing and delivering presentations.The ability to develop and improve processes, prioritise work, and respond to tight deadlines.Willingness to travel within England and Wales, with occasional overnight stays.The ability to work within The Salvation Army’s Christian ethos and model our values: integrity, accountability, compassion, passion, boldness, and respect.Appropriate DBS clearance.Desirable:Knowledge of SQL and experience with statistical analysisPRINCE2 and / or project experience.Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.An understanding of issues relating to modern slavery.Why join us?You’ll be part of a dedicated team making a real difference in people’s lives.
