Are you a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant looking for a full-time role?
Randstad Education is searching for a passionate individual to join a fantastic school across Horley. We need someone who is committed to supporting students and helping to create a positive learning environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:-
Provide one-on-one and small group support to students, helping them with their academic tasks and understanding of subjects.

Assist the class teacher with daily classroom management and lesson preparation.

Help students with special educational needs (SEN) to ensure they can access the curriculum and participate fully.

Promote positive behaviour and a safe, respectful environment for all students.

Supervise students during activities, breaks, and outings, prioritising their safety and well-being.

A minimum of 3 months of experience in a Teaching Assistant role or similar school-based position.

A genuine passion for working with children and a strong desire to make a positive impact on their education.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students, staff, and parents.

A proactive, patient, and empathetic approach to your work.

The legal right to work in the UK and a valid DBS check (or willingness to apply for one).
