Are you a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant looking for a full-time role?

Randstad Education is searching for a passionate individual to join a fantastic school across Horley. We need someone who is committed to supporting students and helping to create a positive learning environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-on-one and small group support to students, helping them with their academic tasks and understanding of subjects.

  • Assist the class teacher with daily classroom management and lesson preparation.

  • Help students with special educational needs (SEN) to ensure they can access the curriculum and participate fully.

  • Promote positive behaviour and a safe, respectful environment for all students.

  • Supervise students during activities, breaks, and outings, prioritising their safety and well-being.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 months of experience in a Teaching Assistant role or similar school-based position.

  • A genuine passion for working with children and a strong desire to make a positive impact on their education.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students, staff, and parents.

  • A proactive, patient, and empathetic approach to your work.

  • The legal right to work in the UK and a valid DBS check (or willingness to apply for one).
