As our services continue to expand here at InHealth, we are looking for a Senior Registered Nurse to join our Endoscopy team in our new purpose built Community Diagnostic Centre in Bristol. You will deliver Endoscopy services to the highest standards, using a model of care that recognises the psychological, physical, and social needs of our patients. What you will do: Take ownership and fulfil the requirements of any required statutory and mandatory training Deliver endoscopy services in our sites to the highest standards for our patients, carrying out pre, peri and post endoscopy care Complete competency assessments Lead teams of registered nurses and healthcare workers, escalating clinically where appropriate. Maintain effective communications with patients, relatives and other members of the multidisciplinary team Provide a safe care environment, including preparing and clearing up rooms and equipment, with particular care over infection control. About you: An experienced Endoscopy Registered Nurse, with an advanced diploma of higher education in Nursing. A team player who is supportive, reliable, and trustworthy, who gets stuck in and creates a positive atmosphere Experienced in working in a multidisciplinary team A great communicator at all levels written, verbal and listening A person who naturally instils confidence in everyone they work with Calm in challenging situations, working well under pressure.
