We're Hiring: Freelance Site Manager
Location: Lancaster & Kendal
Sectors: Hospitals
Project Types: Commercial Refurb
FREELANCE: £250 per day
Duration: Long term
Duties of the Freelance Site Manager include:
- Oversee hospital ward refurb projects
- Report to Project Manager
- Monitor site progress and ensure health & safety is met
- Support design team, consultant, and client reps
- Chair and manage daily meetings (Client and internal)
- Ensure project runs smoothly on day to day basis
- Ensure H&S is adhered to & updated accordingly
- Record on-site progress and lookaheads
- Report into Senior Management
- Work closely with the contracts manager
Required Qualifications/Experience as a Freelance Site Manager:
- Experience as a Site Manager (commercial refurb)
- CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid
- Minimum of 4+ years experience in a Site Managers position
- UK driving license and access to own vehicle
