Do you have a big heart and a passion for helping children shine? We’re looking for a caring and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join our friendly team, where no two days are the same and every day makes a difference.
In this role, you’ll be supporting children with a wide range of special educational needs. You’ll help them to grow in confidence, develop their independence, and celebrate their achievements, big and small. Whether it’s working 1:1, supporting in the classroom, or lending a hand with daily routines, you’ll play a key part in creating a safe, happy, and positive environment for the pupils.
What we’re looking for:
• Someone kind, patient, and ready to encourage every child to do their best.
• A team player who enjoys working with others to create a supportive atmosphere.
• Experience with SEN is helpful, but not essential,
• Above all, a genuine passion for helping children thrive.
What we can offer you:
• A warm, welcoming team who will support you every step of the way.
• The chance to learn new skills and develop your career.
• A rewarding role where every day you’ll see the impact you’re making.
• Plenty of smiles, laughter, and moments that remind you why you love what you do.
If you’re ready to start a truly rewarding journey and make a difference in the lives of wonderful young people, we’d love to hear from you.
