Location: St Asaph Business Park
Hours & days of work: 37.5 hours per week- Monday to Friday hours between 08:00am-19:00pm
There may be a requirement to take part in a rota for part time hours on Saturday
Salary: £24,003 per annum + incentives

You will be working in a positive and exciting team environment where you will be expected to consultatively sell a range of products and services that GreenThumb offer. You will respond to inbound enquiries and make outbound calls which may include cold calling. You will ensure an ethical approach to customers is taken at all times. You will need to be passionate about the quality of work that you deliver and be self-motivated to achieve and exceed your goals at every opportunity.

About the Role:
You will be working in a positive and exciting team environment where you will be expected to consultatively sell a range of products and services that GreenThumb offer. You will respond to inbound enquiries and make outbound calls to drive sales whilst delivering exceptional customer service. You will ensure an ethical approach to customers is always taken. You will need to be passionate about the quality of work that you deliver and be self-motivated to achieve and exceed your goals at every opportunity.
Main Duties of the Role:
Work collaboratively as a team to ensure all KPI’s and targets are met.
Communicate with our existing and cancelled customers in an omni-channel contact center environment which includes inbound and outbound calls, emails and webchat.
Ensure campaign and productivity targets are met by taking ownership of your own performance.
Practice and promote ethical selling.
Use objection handling and negotiation skills to promote additional products to help our customers achieve a wonderful looking lawn.
Become a subject matter expert.
Keep the customer at the center of everything you do.
Support company growth by providing a first-class new customer journey. Identify opportunities and introduce the customer to our fantastic products and services.
Promote and implement our Direct Debit schemes.
Act as an Ambassador for GreenThumb when representing and promoting the company.
Handle all calls in a professional, prompt and courteous manner.
Ensure accurate records are kept and maintained on the GreenThumb database, making clear and concise notes in required fields.
Provide accurate feedback on any trends in campaigns.
Always adhere to all GreenThumb policies and procedures.
Communicate and liaise effectively with all departments to ensure a customer centric approach.
Carry out any other duties that may be considered relevant to the position within the terms of your contract of employment.
Do you have:
Good written and oral communication skills.
Ability to work individually or as part of a team.
A flexible and proactive approach to work.
Excellent telephone skills.
Customer Service experience.
Experience working in a target driven environment.
Sales Experience.
Knowledge of handling and resolving customer complaints.
Proven track record of achieving KPI’s/Targets.
