Job Duties:
• Assist the Site Manager in overseeing the construction site
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
• Monitor and maintain quality standards
• Assist in managing the construction schedule
Required Qualifications:
SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, part of an NHBC Pride in the Job winning site, Driving Licence
Experience:
Over 2 years as an Assistant Site Manager for a high volume housing developer.
Working Conditions:
Work on construction sites, may require outdoor work and travel between sites.
