(Monday to Friday) (9.00 – 5.00 Monday to Thursday) 7.5 Hrs
(9.00 – 4.30 Friday) 7 Hrs

Salary £23,722.92 – £24,508.85 per annum, depending on experience

We are looking to recruit a highly motivated and experienced Senior Administrator to join our St Joseph’s Residential Care Home for the elderly and people with dementia.

As Senior Administrator you will provide efficient reception duties, provide a welcoming environment to residents and their visitors, our own staff team and other professionals visiting the home, to create a great first impression. You will also provide important administrative/clerical support to enable the Deputy / Registered Home Manager to maximise efficiency within the organisation, you should therefore have strong I.T skills and be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office 365 applications to include Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams. The successful applicant should be focussed and diligent, have excellent written and verbal communication skills and have strong organizational and time planning abilities.

Job Purpose:
