Maternity Cover for 10 months.
The Estates Department is in the process of developing the University’s historic landscape in order to provide a 21st century campus that meets the needs of the people studying, working and visiting here. Applications are therefore invited for the post of Estates Head of PMO.
This post will manage a Project Management Office (PMO) function for the Estates Department ensuring effective project reporting and governance, supporting the Estates Senior Team, Principal, Deputy Principal and other executive or senior managers in the delivery of the University’s Estates Capital and Revenue Programmes. In addition, the post holder will be required to adopt a University wide perspective and build relationships accordingly with a variety of stakeholders to facilitate the briefing, governance and delivery of all estates works and services.
The successful candidate will have had previous experience of working as a Head of PMO in a University professional service department or similar environment and exhibit excellent organization, interpersonal and emotional intelligence with the ability to communicate with staff and stakeholders at all levels.
